Terms & Conditions
- Offer valid for new bookings only, and must be requested at time of meeting inquiry.
- Not valid in conjunction with previously booked or contracted meetings or any other discount program, offer or promotion.
- Meeting savings will be credited to a Hyatt Meeting Savings Card, in accordance with paid room night levels achieved during eligible meetings held at Hyatt hotels or resorts in the U.S., Canada or the Caribbean, through March 31, 2008. Not valid at Hyatt Place™ or Hyatt Summerfield Suites®.
- Hyatt Meeting Savings Card credits will be issued in U.S. dollars at all participating locations.
- The Hyatt Meeting Savings Card is not a charge or credit card. It is a stored value card.
- Once credited by an eligible meeting purchase, the Hyatt Meeting Savings Card is valid only toward the payment of subsequent meetings held at any Hyatt hotel or resort in the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean before March 31, 2009.
- Card is rechargeable per each eligible meeting held during promotion period.
- Card savings are not valid for use in conjunction with the initial booking.
- To receive added American Express savings, companies or organizations must use a valid American Express Card to pay for the meeting or event. Credit card payment may be required prior to the conclusion of the meeting.
- Twice the standard amount of savings will be credited when eligible meetings are held during Hyatt Extra Value Dates that vary by participating location.
- Eligible savings will only be credited to the savings card for the company or organization sponsoring the meeting, after the cost of meeting has been paid in accordance with the terms of the sales contract.
- Bookings by qualifying third parties, at a commissionable rate, are eligible for the Hyatt Meeting Savings Card credits; however the applicable credit will only be issued to the company or organization sponsoring the meeting. Commission payment will be based on the group's net room revenue less any applicable credits applied in conjunction with this promotion.
- Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time.
- Participating hotels may be subject to change.
- Limit of one Hyatt Meeting Savings Card per contact, per organization or company.
- Qualifying Hyatt Gold Passport members may also be eligible for a Meeting Dividends program bonus.
- Planner can either earn a Double Dividends bonus or a Double Meeting Savings Card Credit during Hyatt Extra Value Dates, but not both.
